The Ida is on quarantine.

I bet most of you know that already. I have colds and a fever that makes my temperature go whack-o. Please pray for me. To all the peeps that had contact with me, please drink lots of vitamins and strengthen your immune system. I'm a weak piece of meat. Hope you're not! Love you guys!

With a cough (and a smile :D),
Ida.

Musical Detoxification

You know those moments in your life wherein you feel as if the sky is falling on you and you feel like you have nothing else to do but cry? Well, WORRY NO MORE! Now you can take your mind off of things in just 7 easy steps! (results may vary)

Step 1:
GET YOUR MUSIC!
(I chose this one because it's extremely relaxing and just plain awesome)

Step 2:
Get some headphones/earphones and plug them into your player.
(Any loud headphones/earphones will do.)

Step 3:
Put the volume on MAX.

Step 4:
Empty your mind.

Step 5:
Play the song.

Step 6:
Close your eyes.

Step 7:
Listen to the song as if nothing else is happening.

*note: This really works. I made it up, but it really works.

Enjoy,
Ida

Update. WEEE!

Marla came home already. Whooopeeee! So psyched for Pat's birthday. Planning to buy John Mayer's album: Continuum. I didn't tell my parents yet. Shhh. Loved summer. Boring, but fun. Definitely memorable. ( Did you notice how I don't start my sentences right like: "So psyched...." it should be "I am so psyched...." and "Planning to buy..." it should be "I'm planning to buy...." etc. It's becoming a habit. Is that bad? ) The sound of school coming is giving me the chills. The tingly-winglies. The nervy nana. I need a stress ball. (I'm) looking forward to Marla's chocolates. Swiss chocolates are the best. Mmmm. Marla: DON'T DISAPPOINT! Kidding.

Hope ya'll had a good day, a good week, and hopefully a good summer.
God bless.

With sprinkles of lovin',
Ida.
